Cellulite Doesn’t Exist!

END CELLULITE WITHOUT DIET AND EXERCISE!

I ENDORSE AND EDUCATE ON DIET AND EXERCISE, BUT CELLULITE IS NOT A DIET AND EXERCISE PROBLEM!

End dimply, puckered skin – improving your connective tissue dysfunctions.

Ok, wait a minute! I can hear the skid marks being laid across your brain. “Wait, what? What do you mean cellulite doesn’t exist? If cellulite doesn’t exist, explain to me what I’m looking at in the mirror!” Well, I’m so glad you asked because that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Be prepared to have your mind completely blown, but also be prepared to take control of the appearance of your body, once and for all.

For years, we’ve been conditioned to believe that cellulite is some sort of fat issue (even though skinny chicks, men, people of all shapes and sizes and even BABIES can have it). We’ve been led to believe that if we wiggle our noses right and slap some cream on our thighs, we might be able to convince ourselves that we will one day look good in a bathing suit. The problem is that fat is not the problem. There is absolutely NO chemical difference between the fat cells in areas of cellulite and the fat in any other area of the body.

Fascia 101 with Ashley Black Guru
Fascia, cellulite and fat demo on chicken by Ashley Black Guru!

In fact, the appearance of cellulite is not about fat at all, it’s about connective tissue. That’s why the ultra thin Victoria’s Secret models struggle with it as much as the contestants on the Biggest Loser. I know because I’ve personally worked on their bodies.

Even Miss Universe Slovania struggles with fascial distortions! Clumps of fat cells aren’t dimpled, dented, or striped; HOWEVER, clumps of fat cells bound by tight connective tissue are.

The appearance of fat is affected by the webbed connective tissue called “fascia”.

The FasciaBlaster® was designed specifically to restore this fascial system.

In recent years, fascia has been talked about more and more. You might be familiar with Plantar’s Fasciitis (which is also a fascia problem – hence the name) or hernias (which are torn fascia). But fascia is about to be the most popular of all the “F words”, because not only is it the root cause of cellulite, but it is the root to a host of other issues in the body as well.

More on that in coming weeks, but for today, I am going to focus on giving you and the billions of women around the world the solution to the grand mislabel of all mislabeled conditions – CELLULITE!

First, you need to know that we literally have fascia in every nook and cranny of our bodies and it’s all connected like a giant sticky web. It’s what holds everything inside us in place. It’s the reason your ribs don’t poke through your skin and your liver isn’t falling into your stomach and crushing it. You’ve never thought about that, have you?

Fascia can also change properties. You know how your skin changes when you’re in the pool for too long and your fingers become dimply? Or when you walk around without shoes, the skin on your feet becomes tough and calloused? Fascia can be altered in a similar way and become tight and distorted due to hormones, dehydration, toxins, poor biomechanics, injuries, overuse and more. It can also stick together causing the fascial septae just below the skin to pull the skin and other tissues into the dents and craters. Whatever fat exists between and below the layers of tight fascia pushes through like a marshmallow through a chain link fence, giving the appearance of cellulite.

The reason liposuction, creams, injections or even diet and exercise aren’t considered a universal cure for dimples and bumps is because they don’t address the actual cause: unhealthy fascia. Anywhere on your body you see a dimple or disproportionate fat is “stuck fascia” trapping the fat in a displeasing way.

In these pics you can clearly see how the skin was pulled into a fascial distortion and the bruises are where the tissue is being restored. All the soft tissues, including the fat, are redistributed in a healthier, more attractive way. As you can see, she actually had a nice, round butt and it was just trapped in fascia!

The restoration requires healthy bruising to free the fascia from the grips of adhesion and dysfunction. Read more about “The News on the Bruise”!

So, what is the condition of YOUR fascia?

Most people fall into 4 main categories:

1. “Hail Damage”:

Lumpy, bumpy skin appearance

2. “Car Wreck”:

Deep dents and lines below the surface

3. “Gummy Bear”:

May not see as much dimpling, but this can be the worst of all because the fascia is all clumped together but tight and gummy. (Grab your legs and see if they feel like this!)
Are your legs "gummy"? The bruising means it's working! FasciaBlaster®

4. “Beyond Bound”:

Your skin is one big, solid "chunk" and you probably have poor circulation, leg cramps, and feel tight and tired all the time. This is very common with athletes - you might be faithfully been working out and dieting and are not able to get the results you want. If you go to grab your skin and it feels like 1 solid tube and you can't pinch the skin and separate it at all – that is "beyond bound"! Your skin may appear mostly smooth at the surface, but the underlying fascia is heavily bound together and is clamping off the blood supply, nerve and muscle activity and other tissues from functioning at 100%.

Don’t worry – the FasciaBlaster® WILL FIX IT – but in most cases, you will have to go through a process of it getting "worse before it gets better". By "worse", I mean you have to break up the solid "chunk" into smaller "chunks", which will initially look like you've created more dimples, but it's part of the process of breaking up the fascial adhesions that are clamping down on the tissues and restoring the fascia to get smooth, healthy skin.

You’ll go through this process: 1 big chunk, smaller chunks, pebble size chunks, rice crispy size chunks, sandy and "gravely", then smooth! You'll be able to pinch the skin EVERYWHERE and you'll immediately feel more muscle and nerve activity, better circulation, and like that whole area of your body has "woken up" after being "dead" for years!

So what can you do about it?

The answer is easier than you think. I’ve been studying the connective tissue and devising performance enhancement programs for A-list celebrities, royals, billionaires, and professional athletes in every major sport. I never intended to solve the mystery of the lumps and bumps that we have come to know as “cellulite”, but while pioneering techniques to improve the condition of the fascia, I discovered that cellulite was disappearing because of the FasciaBlaster®!

For all 4 types of cellulite, there is the same protocol. The only thing you have to decide is whether or not you want to be “less fat”. If you want to be big and juicy and cellulite free, just do the protocols listed below. If you want to lose body fat and be cellulite free, do the protocols listed below AND follow my leaning out program.

Step #1: Heat and hydrate the tissue.

This video was shot for the migraine video series, but it is the same information:

Step #2: Use the FasciaBlaster® to break through fascial adhesions and distortions on any part of your body.

Here’s how it works:

Step #3: Use Arnica

Once you have bruising, homeopathic Arnica is excellent for repair. You can use Arnica gel externally or Arnica pills internally or high quality essential oils. We are also working with a compounding pharmacy to provide products for post treatment. (We have no affiliation with the brand Arnica)

In addition, you can “flush” the area. Use your hands and some massage oil and give yourself a gentle massage. When you’re done, ice the area. It doesn’t have to be an ice pack, per se, but it can be a bath with just the cold water running. (Sounds fun, huh?) This will reduce inflammation and speed up healing.

Now YOU HAVE THE POWER to change your body and can experience the same results that the rich and famous have enjoyed, right in the privacy of your own home. You don’t need to go to an expert; I am the expert and I’m here for you! You don’t need expensive equipment or “magic” pills or creams. All you need is one tool—the Fasciablaster®. What others are saying about the FasciaBlaster®:

MD and Plastic Surgeon Dr. Swet Chaudhari has manipulated the fascia in his surgical beauty treatments and agrees, stating that “cellulite is the external appearance of the abnormalities within the fascia.” This is why men and women can have what look like puckers virtually anywhere in the body.
