The FasciaBlaster’s Effects on Inflammation and C-Reactive Protein Levels

Ashley Black

Inflammation is a global problem in the body that can affect a variety of health issues. We are so excited that the FasciaBlaster® has the potential to safely manage it. In our study, initial results have shown using the FasciaBlaster has a positive influence on inflammation, as shown in the following graph. Inflammation is measured in the blood by looking at C-Reactive Protein levels. C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is a hematological marker for inflammation that is synthesized in the liver in response to cytokines released by damaged tissue. High levels of CRP indicate whole body inflammation. Normal values for CRP are 0.0 – 4.9...

90-Day Study Photographic Results

Ashley Black

We are so excited to FINALLY bring you these photographs from our 90-day study in Tampa, Florida!  Please click here for a summary of the study and our findings! One topic regularly brought up by both current and potential FasciaBlasters is that of getting quality before and after pictures. At home, it is almost impossible to achieve the exact same lighting and angle. This article will explain the process of the controlled lighting, angles, and photography used to document the visual results of our research. During the 90-day study, the 35 subjects followed an at-home FasciaBlasting program, and no diet...

FasciaBlaster® Findings

Ashley Black

Article at a Glance: Scientific researchers conducted a FasciaBlaster study with 43 women over a 90-day period. The at-home FasciaBlaster protocol was to warm up for approximately 20 minutes in a sauna, apply the Blaster Oil®, FasciaBlast each leg for 20 minutes and the abdominals for 5 minutes, then perform isometric contractions. The protocol was followed 5 days a week, with a rest day every 2 days. Research findings showed: - The fascia tissue was safely and effectively smoothed out - even down to the deeper layers - A reduction in subcutaneous fat (SAT) - An increase in the resting...

The FasciaBlaster® and Detoxing

Ashley Black

In a recent study testing the FasciaBlaster® products and protocols, blood testing was negative for any signs of tissue damage or adverse health effects.   During the 90-day study, we did blood analyses to test the FasciaBlaster’s effects on the liver, kidney, inflammatory markers, hormones, organs, and other systems of the body that would indicate adverse physiological effects. The test results showed no signs of trauma to any system of the body, showing that the body responded safely and positively to FasciaBlasting. We are aware of various post-blasting “detox” symptoms and are continuing to monitor and research the etiology behind the many of these symptoms. We candidly...

FasciaBlaster® Effects on Subcutaneous Fat

Ashley Black

The FasciaBlaster can help reduce cellulite and thickness of your subcutaneous fat. Initial results from our 90-day study have shown using the FasciaBlaster® has a significant influence on the thickness of the subcutaneous fat, as shown in the below graph. Subcutaneous fat thickness was measured using an ultrasound. The site of the measurement was on the right leg over the vastus lateralis at 50% of the femur length.   By the end of the 90-day study, subcutaneous fat thickness (cm) was decreased on average by 0.27 cm (12.7%). This means that over the course of 90 days, you can decrease the actual thickness...

Short and Long-Term Hormonal Responses to the FasciaBlaster®

Ashley Black

I am not a hormone specialist, I am a fascia specialist. We all agree hormones are very tricky and have almost infinite causes for fluctuation. In our scientific research, one of our goals was to rule out the FasciaBlaster as one of those causes (of hormone fluctuations), which we did. The effect of FasciaBlasting on hormone levels in our study showed all fluctuations to be within normal parameters. What we directly mean by “normal parameters” is that there were positive effects on hormones, like if one were to begin an exercise program (see below).   To understand the effects of the FasciaBlaster, 35 women between...
