Featured is the FasciaBlaster and Mini 1:
The FasciaBlaster® by Ashley Black is the #1 selling self-massage myofascia tool for massaging your tissue. The FasciaBlaster was designed, engineered, and manufactured by Ashley Black and can massage almost any area of the body. The FasciaBlaster is the most versatile and our most purchased tool. The larger claws allow you to push deeper into the muscle tissue with ease. Imagine the benefits of being able to temporarily increase blood flow to each area of your body. Give yourself a skilled fascia massage on a regular basis. Added bonus, the FasciaBlaster temporarily lessens the appearance of cellulite.
The Mini 1 has a handle, one claw, and a Nugget tip which allows for smooth transitioning between FasciaBlasting and targeting specific areas, including hard-to-reach areas in your traps, neck, upper back, deltoids, lower leg, and inner thighs. You can take it in your purse or carry-on, and it's the perfect travel companion! The larger claws allow you to push deeper into the muscle tissue with ease and the “Nugget” tip allows you to address stubborn areas like clumps. This travel-size fascia tool offers versatile FasciaBlasting options and is the perfect complement to your FasciaBlasting experience!
For the Athletic Trainer, our tools helps provide a method of self massage, warm-up, and help save the wear and tear on the hands.
Q: How should I use the FasciaBlaster® and Mini1 in tandem?
A: Everyone develops their unique style and routine, but most users prefer to start out light and brisk with the FasciaBlaster® to prep the area, then use the claw of the Mini1™ to target smaller areas. If your body can tolerate more massage, you can use the Nugget tip to target any stubborn areas.
Q: What’s the difference between the Mini1 and the Mini2?
A: The Mini1 has 1 claw and a longer handle which allows you to both massage with the Blaster claw and “poke and wiggle” with the Nugget on hard-to-reach areas like your traps, shoulders, neck, upper back, deltoids, lower leg, feet, and inner thighs. The Mini2 has 2 claws and a shorter bar handle with a different size Nugget tip on each end.
Q: How do I use the Nugget tip of the Mini1?
A: You should start out lightly and allow the Mini1 claw to prep the area before easing in to using the Nugget tip. We recommend only using the Nugget tip after you’ve done at least 10-15 sessions using a Blaster tool in an area and your bruising has diminished.
