The NeXcia goes from the lightest of light touch with the red light and lymphatic brush disc to the deepest depths with the large claw discs, with the motor doing all the work to fasciablast through the layers of tissue. That said, you should still aim for gentle, comfortable pressure. If you're using the lymphatic scrubber, ease in with light pressure and be sure to use plenty of oil before moving onto the claws, where you can use more pressure, which addresses the different layers of tissue.

The NeXcia was designed to complement FasciaBlaster tools and increase the frequency and effectiveness of your fascia care routine by automating much of the manual effort. Based on Ashley's experience, the NeXcia will likely become 85% of your FasciaBlasting routine — but there will always be times when you may want to incorporate the original FasciaBlaster tools and nuggets for specific purposes or situations. For example, if you do a few minutes of daily blasting in the shower on maintenance areas, you would continue using the original tools there since the NeXcia is not designed to be waterproof. The areas that need more restorative work require more time and pressure, making them ideal for a long session with the NeXcia.
