Turn the NeXcia On using the power button and select speed 1, 2, or 3.

Select a Disc and screw it on until it stops.
step 05
When using the clear disc, turn on the infrared feature using the LED button.

Lay the discs flat on the skin for less intensity.
step 07
Tilt the NeXcia on its side to use the “ridging” technique for more intensity.
step 08
Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off and to change discs.
