When will the pre-orders close?

We have already closed sales on Round 1 VIP Fall shipments. Round 2 sales for Preferred Winter shipments are now available for a limited time.

When does this ship?

Round 1 is shipping in the Fall, and Round 2 is shipping in Winter. We will be sending regular email updates about your ship dates.

⁠Do you have before-and-after pictures from Nexcia use?

We are just shipping out the first NeXcia units and are eagerly waiting to see their results. So far, Ashley has been the only consistent user. She did get new bruises for the first time in years within her first couple of sessions, which is very exciting proof of the power of the Nexcia and the Versoforce technology!

What kind of warranty does the Nexcia come with?

The Nexcia device comes with a 1-year limited warranty (from the date of delivery) and a 90-day limited warranty on the attachments and accessories. Optional additional coverage will be offered when the device ships this fall. Information will be available in shipping confirmation emails and the device packaging.

⁠It doesn’t look like it gets deep tissue. How do we know it does?

It goes as deep as you want and is far more powerful than manual pressure. If you “ridge” on an adhesion, it feels like a cheese grater! There will be no disappointment for how deep it goes!

Will this ever be allowed for international purchase?

The first international version is slated for production in 2026 in a limited number of countries. There are special certifications for the electrical requirements in each market because it is motorized. Sign up here, and we will contact you as soon as International sales are available.

Is the red light only for the lymphatic brush attachment?

Yes, the red light is only visible when using the lymphatic brush attachment, as it is transparent. The red light is a good “prep” for blasting. The other heads are not transparent and are not intended for use with red light.

How do we know our pre-order won’t get stuck in a tariff black hole?

We will guarantee shipping all pre-orders, regardless of any changes to tariffs. After pre-orders end, we just don’t know how long we may have to wait for the tariff situation to settle before we can approve another order. This pre-sale is the only sure way to get a NeXcia!

How many uses has the Prototype been through, and have there been any issues?

Ashley has been using the prototype daily for about 3 months and has had no issues.

Under one continuous use, how long does the battery last?

The battery is designed to be used for one hour per day on a single charge. It may go longer than an hour, depending on the amount of pressure applied, but the expectation is one hour. With the LuXe kit, you get 2 rechargeable batteries, so your NeXcia will always be ready to go!

Will this target both surface and deep tissue?

Yes. The Nexcia goes from the lightest of light touch with the red light and lymphatic brush head to the deepest depths with the large claw heads, with the motor doing all the work to fasciablast through the layers of tissue.

How much does it weigh?

The NeXcia weighs roughly 5 pounds, with a little bit of fluctuation depending on what head is attached.

How to use each plate?

Simply twist on and off easily to change out the plates. With the Luxe kit, you have a lymphatic brush, small claws, and big claws to use for different depths to fit the desired experience. The NeXcia app will have easy-to-follow instructions and videos to guide you on your NeXcia path, whether you are a first-time fascia newbie or you have been blasting for a decade.

Will it take the place of the other FasciaBlaster tools?

The Nexcia was designed to complement FasciaBlaster tools and increase the frequency and effectiveness of your fascia care routine by automating a lot of the manual effort involved and the tracking of your daily progress. Based on my own experience, the Nexcia is going to probably become 85% of your FasciaBlasting routine, but there will always be times you may want to incorporate the original FasciaBlaster tools and nuggets for specific purposes or situations. For example, if you do a few minutes of daily blasting in the shower on “maintenance” areas, you would continue using the original tools there since the Nexcia is not designed to be waterproof. The areas that need more restorative work require more time and pressure, making them ideal for a long session with the Nexcia.

Does it apply 25lbs of pressure?

The Nexcia does not apply pressure, other than the weight of the device. However, the special VERSOFORCE technology maintains speed with up to 60 pounds of cubic pressure applied.

Can the NEXCIA be used on the face?

The Nexcia is not designed for the face… Wait for the Face Nexcia 😘(launch date TBD…stay tuned!)

If I don’t buy the accessories now, will I have that option later?

We anticipate having the attachments and accessories available for purchase separately eventually, but we are not certain when that may be, very likely not until next year. Purchasing the full set together at a pre-sale offers a significant discount compared to what the additional heads and accessories will eventually sell for at retail.

I thought we weren’t supposed to go in circles?

The plates are specially engineered to work with the VERSOFORCE technology to achieve the same motion you are accustomed to with FasciaBlasting. The fingers of the claws are reoriented to move across the muscle fiber, then with the muscle fiber, and finally diagonally, creating the same effect as FasciaBlasting. What are the specs for the infrared light feature?

There are a total of 20 red light bulbs in the device:
-16 bulbs use a 940nm wavelength, which is infrared light
-4 bulbs use a 620nm wavelength, which is visible red light
