Nexcia™ Limited Warranty (U.S. Only)

Thank you for purchasing Nexcia™. This Nexcia Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies only to end-user customers located in the United States who purchased the product directly from Nexcia, Ashley Black, or an authorized U.S. reseller. By using your Nexcia device, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchase verification is required to process warranty claims. Please be sure to register your Nexcia device within 30 days of delivery to expedite any future request for warranty support.

Warranty Coverage

Nexcia warrants that its devices and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, in accordance with Nexcia’s published guidelines, for the applicable warranty periods listed below.

Warranty Periods

Devices: 1-Year Limited Warranty (from the date of delivery)

Attachments & Accessories: 90-Day Limited Warranty

(includes charging cables, adapters,
removable parts, carrying cases, etc.)

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.

Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling (including liquid damage).

Cosmetic wear, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration, unless caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation and noise due to aging.

Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

Products with defaced, altered, or removed serial numbers.

Consumable parts (e.g., batteries or coatings) unless defective at the time of purchase.

Oils or other topical products are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims and Service

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the applicable warranty period, Nexcia will, at its sole discretion, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit that is functionally equivalent. Any replaced unit carries either the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days from the replacement date—whichever is longer.

This warranty is valid only in the U.S. and does not extend to international purchases, shipments, or services. If you have any questions about your warranty or require assistance, our Customer Service team is here to help.

Thank you for choosing Nexcia™, the world’s first motorized fascia therapy device. We want you to love your purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, we’re here to help.

Please review our return guidelines below:

Returns Within 30 Days

Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Product must be in “like new” condition

No signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Full refund issued to the original payment method

Prepaid return shipping label provided by Nexcia

If the returned item does not meet the condition requirements:

A partial refund may be issued, or

Return may be denied

Returns After 30 Days (Up to 60 Days)

Returns after 30 days are accepted at Nexcia’s discretion

Product must still be in “like new” condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

A partial refund may be issued based on the product's condition

Returns not accepted after 60 days from delivery

Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not returnable:

Refurbished devices

Items marked as Final Sale

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

Items returned without proof of purchase

Oils are non-returnable and non-refundable.
