“My routine changes daily depending on how I feel. I listen to my body to control the pressure and duration of my blasting sessions. Blasting for just a few minutes in each zone was sufficient, especially since I blasted often. I would mainly use the face blaster all over my body and the larger claw fascia blaster for my traps or other hard-to-reach areas. To keep my whole body joint and muscle ache free, I do a full body blast with the face blaster in the shower once or twice a week. Over the years, I have found it convenient to blast my face daily when I wash my face! When I want more concentrated blasting sessions on problem areas (i.e, my legs, or arms), I will blast in front of the TV for 30-45 minutes!”
