The 1000-day warranty is not a warranty; it is the guarantee that our Gen 1 tools will work. This is the NeXcia warranty, and we are using industry standards. As an additional security measure, we offer extended warranties.

Users are just receiving their NeXcias, and we are eagerly awaiting their results. We anticipate even more dramatic results with the power of VersoForce.

The NeXcia device comes with a 1-year limited warranty (from the date of delivery) and a 90-day limited warranty on the attachments and accessories. If ordered in Round 1, you will also have a 1-year extended warranty, free of charge. As an additional security we have extended warranties available.

It goes as deep as you want and is far more powerful than manual pressure. If you “ridge” on an adhesion, it feels like a cheese grater! There will be no disappointment with how deep it goes! We do recommend easing in, as your tissue will naturally allow you to go deeper when it’s ready.

The first international version is slated for production in 2026 in a limited number of countries. There are special certifications for the electrical requirements in each market because it is motorized. Sign up here, and we will contact you as soon as International sales are available.

Yes, the 940nm infrared light is only visible when using the lymphatic brush attachment, as it is transparent. The red light is a good “prep” for blasting. The other discs are not transparent and are not intended for use with red light.

No, this is the VERSOFORCE patented technology; the motor stays consistent. We have tested up to 60 pounds of pressure, and the motor runs like a champ even with torque challenges.

Ashley has been using the prototype daily for about 9 months without any issues. The first 5000 NeXcia are now in customers' hands, and we are tracking any issues and making micro improvements at all times!

The battery is designed to be used for one hour per day on a single charge. It may take longer than an hour, depending on the pressure applied, but the expectation is one hour. With the LuXe kit, you get 2 rechargeable batteries, so your NeXcia will always be ready to go!

Yes. The NeXcia goes from the lightest of light touch with the red light and lymphatic brush disc to the deepest depths with the large claw discs, with the motor doing all the work to fasciablast through the layers of tissue.

The NeXcia weighs roughly 5 pounds, with some variation depending on the discs attached.

Simply twist it on and off to change the discs. With the LuXe kit, you have a lymphatic brush, small and big claws, and different depths to suit your desired experience. The NeXcia app will include easy-to-follow instructions and videos to guide you on your NeXcia journey, whether you are a first-time fascia newbie or have been blasting for a decade.

The NeXcia was designed to complement FasciaBlaster tools and increase the frequency and effectiveness of your fascia care routine by automating much of the manual effort and tracking your daily progress. Based on my experience, the NeXcia will likely become 85% of your FasciaBlasting routine, but there will always be times when you may want to incorporate the original FasciaBlaster tools and nuggets for specific purposes or situations. For example, if you do a few minutes of daily blasting in the shower on “maintenance” areas, you would continue using the original tools there since the NeXcia is not designed to be waterproof. The areas that need more restorative work require more time and pressure, making them ideal for a long session with the NeXcia.

The NeXcia does not apply pressure beyond the device's weight. However, the special VERSOFORCE technology maintains speed with up to 60 pounds of cubic pressure applied.

We anticipate having the attachments and accessories available for purchase separately eventually, but we are not certain when that may be, very likely not until later this year or next year.

The discs are specially engineered to work with the VERSOFORCE technology to achieve the same motion you are accustomed to with FasciaBlasting. The fingers of the claws are reoriented to move across the muscle fiber, then with the muscle fiber, and finally diagonally, creating the same effect as FasciaBlasting. See this video for more.

There are a total of 20 red light bulbs in the device:
-16 bulbs use a 940nm wavelength, which is infrared light
-4 bulbs use a 620nm wavelength, which is visible red light

NeXcia works best with a bit of glide, and you’re welcome to use any oil you prefer. However, our oils are the only ones we can warranty against disc damage, so using other oils would be at your discretion. We have 3 new scents, 3 new sizes, and 3 new subscription options. Check them out here.

All big discs arrived at the port on February 13th, and should be at our warehouse, ready for shipment, late Feb.

The NeXcia needs to glide, so any oil you prefer is fine. However, the only oil we warrant not damage the NeXcia Discs. We offer 3 essential oil scents and 3 bottle sizes, with a perfect formula and viscosity. Check it out, and you can also subscribe to keep your NeXcia routine consistent. Learn more here.

The charging cable is located under the NeXcia body.

It is a standard USB-C; ours is a Lightning cable, so it is not recommended to use other cables.

The bottom of the box houses the NeXcia Body, 2 batteries, the charging body, and a space for your oil. The oil was shipped in the top of the box for safety, but the LuXe case is designed to house everything you need.
